Silly Funny Boys was the eighth Sleeping Trees show to do a full run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, playing to audiences over the summer of 2019. Unlike the previous seven Edinburgh shows, Silly Funny Boys was the first to use props, costume and involve a volunteer to star alongside the trio each night at the end of the show.

As the chaps had all hit 30, they decided to cleverly mask how poorly they had all aged by adopting the personas of the Silly Funny Boys, a washed up kids TV act from the 80's. The show follows the group trying to simultaneously resurrect their careers, bury their turbulent past and host the charity gala event of the year.
